The Veteran Roundtable is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of eleven members who have general supervision of the affairs of the Roundtable. Directors must be honorably discharged United States Military and serve a term of four years.

Rickman is founder and CEO of Rickman Enterprise Group, a full-service environmental and industrial service company servicing municipalities and many other industries from multiple locations throughout the United States.
